The calendars are loose leaf pages on quality luxe cover paper & hang on your wall with a single nail. Every month features a quote related to the calendar’s theme and offers ample space to write-in important dates. I’ve also included holidays and moon phases.
Want to display the artwork for years to come?! You can cut the top portion with the artwork off each month & frame them as art prints when the month is over.
wild river
The 2026 Wild River wall calendar features 12 months of hand-painted and digitally illustrated artworks inspired by rivers, specifically the wildlife found in and around rivers near the Midwest.
This year’s calendar theme feels especially personally significant to me, as I’ve always loved to be in and around water as much as possible. It is my happy place. On a recent trip to go river tubing (a small Midwestern town’s favorite pastime), my friends and I got to having some big, juicy, existential conversations. It made me realize that in that moment, I was exactly where I wanted to be, with people I loved, enjoying a beautiful day in nature. That’s really all we can ask for. A month or so later, Big Thief’s new album came out. The last track is called “How Could I Have Known?” and I fell in love with this song the first time I heard it and haven’t been able to stop thinking of it ever since.
You reminded me of the river
With your eyes both green and blue
You reminded me of everything
Beautiful and true
I spend months and months trying to decide over the theme for my upcoming year’s calendar, but this year the artwork came up naturally and this is what came out of it. I hope you enjoy a wonderful, beautiful, juicy and rich 2026!!! Thank you again for supporting me in my work and being such loyal fans of my calendars.
Love and appreciate you all!! Xoxo.

“ “Have you also learned that secret from the river; that there is no such thing as time?” That the river is everywhere at the same time, at the source and at the mouth, at the waterfall, at the ferry, at the current, in the ocean and in the mountains, everywhere and that the present only exists for it, not the shadow of the past nor the shadow of the future.” ”
