WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
I am busy working hard assembling products, filling orders, brainstorming new product ideas, and answering your questions Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm CST. I do not ship any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
DO YOU OBSERVE ANY HOLIDAYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?
Persika Design Co. will be closed on the following days in observance of the holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note, depending on when these holidays fall throughout the year, Persika Design Co. may be closed additional days other than those listed.

HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?
Once you place your order on persikadesignco.com, you should receive an email to confirm your order. All orders will ship from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered within the US. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders.
HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?
Please contact me via email or phone (info above) to request any custom, personalized, or commissioned orders to receive a custom quote and timeline.
ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders will ship from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered within the US, using USPS or FedEx. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders. I expect to provide international and express shipping options within the next few months. Additionally, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday, as I currently do not ship orders over the weekend.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT IS PERSIKA DESIGN CO.'S RETURN POLICY?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once I receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply to personalized or custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. If your product arrives damaged, please inform me at Christina@PersikaDesignCo.com immediately with a photo of the damage & I will issue you a full refund or replace the item with free shipping.
IF I MAIL A RETURN, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once I receive the returned item(s) the charges, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the original method of payment in approximately 1-3 business days.
