Each Dala Horse ornament is handmade. Individually cut out from a slab of terracotta clay. They are hand-painted with gouache by Christina and are each one-of-a-kind and unique. They are tied with a cream cord and wooden bead. The backs of each piece are signed by sgraffito drawing into the clay.
